Difference between command and market economies.

In a market economy, important steps are taken through a dialogue between society and the authorities, the command system does not take into account the opinion of other subjects of politics.

  • Pricing and the black market. A free economy implies free price formation based on supply and demand. The administrative model is formed only at the expense of goods prohibited for circulation (weapons, drugs, etc.). The command-administrative system, on the contrary, sets prices itself, which inevitably leads to the emergence of a "black market" where goods are presented at their real value.
