Manufactured using a 14-nanometer process technology, "nine" is 70% more powerful than the A8 processor installed in the previous iPhone 6. The company also announced a 90% improvement in graphics performance compared to the A8. The hardware of the iPhone 6S Plus is no different from the 6S. The amount of built-in memory has not changed either: 16-, 64- and 128-GB versions are available. But the amount of RAM in models with the "S" index has changed significantly. So, the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus got 2 gigabytes of RAM. Recall that since the "fifth iPhone", Apple smartphones have used gigabyte memory sticks.

In the new generation of "sixth iPhones" with the "S" prefix, the developers from Cupertino used new 12-megapixel main camera modules.
